These are the terms and conditions of this app Iyaad Intelligence.


1. Data Management

  • User data such as username, email, and name may be recorded and stored.
  • Data from third-party sign-ins (e.g., GitHub) is accessed for identification.
  • API requests and responses may be recorded for functionality improvement.
  • Data usage, including inputs and outputs, may be recorded.
  • iOS Siri Shortcut functions may record AI model inputs and outputs.
  • OpenAI is used for AI models, but OpenAI claims not to store API data.

2. Acceptable use, Restricted behaviour

  • Prohibited: Illegal purposes, harming other users' data, experience, devices, privacy, or security.
  • Allowed: Legal purposes, helping other users, developers, app growth, and improvement, personal usage excluding illegal activities.

3. Limitation of liability

  • Developers are not responsible for damages, losses, or harm caused by the app, AI models, API, services, databases, servers, security, privacy, or data.
  • Disclaimer: Developers are not responsible for user losses, data loss, theft, illegal usage, or actions of users.
